Can you give us an overview of yourself and your work?

I’m Predrag Lapadatović, co-founder of Adria Studio. We’re a team of 3-5 people offering a full spectrum of design services. We handle product design, website design, Framer development, graphic design, and more.

Why did you switch to Workflow and what tools did it replace?

When we started the studio, we considered many tools. We were about to set up Trello, but when we discovered Workflow, we started using it straight away. It was obvious—no other tool is built to deliver designs.

We’ve been using Workflow from day one because it’s purpose-built for design work. In other tools, you have to post screenshots or links, whereas Workflow lets us upload our work directly to it. One unique feature we love is the ability to embed live websites directly into Workflow for clients to comment on. That’s game-changing for web projects.

Workflow actually helps us move faster, whereas every other tool out there would slow us down. It’s become an indispensable part of our design process.

What does a creative project look like in Workflow?

We’ve simplified our client work process using Workflow. We begin with a client call to discuss the project and create a Discord or Telegram channel. Then, clients send requests through these channels. Instead of inviting clients to Figma, we then use the Figma plugin to upload designs directly to Workflow. Finally, We share review links with clients, allowing them to provide feedback within Workflow.

The client experience in Workflow is amazing—clients leave comments directly on the designs and they love it.

Honestly, Workflow has been a game-changer for us. It’s become our go-to for working with clients. It’s super easy for them to use, and they can see and interact with our prototypes right there.

What is your favourite Workflow feature and why?

The canvas view for sharing designs is fantastic. We love how we can curate what people see.

Adria Studio only upload what they want clients to see, helping them to gather feedback only on what they want feedback on.

It makes the experience much nicer for the client and ensures feedback is focused on the right parts of the project. People are giving feedback on what we want them to—not just on random frames. It’s much, much better than in Figma.

This setup has made our review process so much more efficient. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference in our day-to-day work with clients.
