Invite Your Team And Guests

Workflow is all about collaboration so we make it easy to invite and share your work with teammates and guests (such as clients).

Inviting teammates to join your workspace

  1. Select "Invite team" in the bottom of the left-hand side bar.
  2. Add their email into the text box to send them a direct invite, or alternatively copy the invite link and send this out to all team members who you want to collaborate with.

Inviting guests to join a project

Have guests or teammates who only need access to certain projects? Then we have made it easy to control who has access to which areas of your workspace.

  1. Select "Projects" in the left-hand sidebar. This will bring up all the projects you have created.
  2. Create a new project or hover over the project you want to add guests to and select the settings icon.
  3. Select "Guests" from the toolbar at the top of the popup box. You then add guests by typing in their email or generate an invite link to send out to your guests. Any guests added will only be able to see the project they have been invited to.

You can also add a new team mate in the project settings space. Remember teammates can see all projects in a workspace. But guests can only see the project they have been invited to.

Removing team mates from a workspace

  1. Select "Invite team" in the bottom of the left-hand side bar.
  2. Find the team mate you wish to remove from the list of members. Select the dropdown button to the right of their name and select "remove".
